Good to know
How do I meet an upload limit?
Choose Target file size and enter the maximum in KB or MB. The tool adjusts image quality and shows whether the saved file meets your limit.
What does Reduce by % mean?
It refers to the original file size. A 50% reduction aims for a file no larger than half the original bytes. It is different from setting image quality to 50.
What if the target cannot be reached?
The tool shows the smallest result it found and keeps the original dimensions. Try another format, a larger limit, or resize the image first.
Should I save as JPG or WebP?
JPG is widely supported and fills transparent areas with white. WebP can keep transparency. Compare the preview and actual file size before downloading.
