Your files are never transmitted. Every tool on this site runs inside your browser, so no copy of your file reaches any server of ours, not even briefly. There is nothing for us to store, share, lose or hand over.
One thing to be precise about: the first time you use speech to text, your browser downloads the speech model itself, roughly 76 MB, from a public code and model host. That is a request for the software, never for your content, and it happens once before being cached. Your audio is not part of it.
The pages themselves are served by a web host, which keeps ordinary request logs including IP addresses. That covers the page you are reading, never the contents of a file you convert.
Under the GDPR you may request access to or deletion of personal data. Because we hold no account data, in practice there is normally nothing to return or erase.
