CSV to JSON
Turn a spreadsheet CSV file into JSON.
Good to know
Does my CSV need a header?
Yes. The first row supplies the property names. Use a different name for each column to avoid one value replacing another.
Are numbers converted into numeric JSON values?
Cell values remain strings. This helps retain leading zeros in identifiers such as postal codes.
Can a cell contain commas or line breaks?
Yes. Enclose that cell in double quotes, and represent a quote inside the cell with two double quotes.
